Online Baby Sleep Workshop (4 -12 months)


This workshop will take you step-by-step through the sleep foundations, helping you identify which areas you can work on to improve your baby’s sleep. We'll also cover sleep-associations, how you can foster independence and I'll give you an overview of my go-to behavioural methods.

*Sleep training is not recommended for babies under 6 months of age.  This workshop has a strong focus on improving sleep holistically, without using a cry-it-out approach.   You will come away with an action plan to implement each sleep foundation and an overview of some gentle behavioural methods that I do recommend should you need them.

This is a self-led, online workshop where you work through each lesson at your own time and pace.
Carla is available for questions via email during your course or you may like to add a 30 min phone consult to your package at the end of your workshop to delve deeper into your challenges.

This workshop is for you if:

  • Your baby is 4 to 12 months old
  • You are experiencing challenges with your baby's sleep OR
  • You want to learn more about sleep in general for this age group
  • You want to work through sleep challenges without using harsh cry it out methods
  • You want to understand the why... not just the what
  • You want to learn at your own pace

This workshop is NOT for you if:

  • You want to work one-on-one with Carla to resolve complex sleep issues (opt for a 1 hr phone consult or a 3 week support package instead).  
  • You want to learn face-to-face in a group or private sleep workshop
  • Your baby has some complex medical and/or developmental issues (e.g. sleep apnoea).  You are best to work one-on-one with Carla.
  • Your baby is a newborn (0-3 months), see our Newborn Sleep Workshop or your baby is over 12 months.

Yes, some babies sleep better than others, that's a fact.  But, by applying the sleep foundations and approaching sleep holistically you can make positive changes and help your baby have the best possible sleep that they can have at any given time.  And, if you do this in a way that aligns with your parenting values you can feel good about sleep, lose the guilt and enjoy your baby more.
